There are 2 ways to get signed up to start using our new
online catalog:
1. Visit our website
at CHHS's Online Store (http://www.myanimalrx.com/centreherd) and click the new customer link, complete the information.
2. Call the office at
814-364-9655 or 877-362-4269, between 7AM-3PM, and ask Ed or Jess to enter your
information.
When we receive your request, your information will be
entered and a username and password will be emailed back to you for access to the
website. When you log-in, please verify
your name, address and phone number.
Enter your credit card information and you will be ready. Happy shopping.
All orders received by 2pm should be delivered the following
day via UPS. Orders placed after 2pm may
take up to 2 days for delivery. All
orders over $200.00 will receive free shipping as long as no hazardous
materials are ordered. Products on back
order will not process. If you need help
with a replacement product or would like to see a product listed that is not
currently, please call the office or email in your question.
